Fruit bat
A fruit bat soars above a gibbous moon shining brightly in the dusky sky. Vilified by unfounded superstitions, these nocturnal creatures are highly valuable, performing a host of ecosystem services. Key pollinators and seed dispersers, fruit bats are crucial for the survival of forests and all their wild residents.
